[ns] Regarding ns-allinone-2.1b6 problem

I am unable to run ./install program.I am sending output of this as well as
gcc -v.Please help me if you have any solution.

As Mr.Nader Salehi to check the permissions for ns,I set them right but still
this problem is appearing.
