[ns] configure problems

Hello,
I have a very classical allinone installation, and when I run configure from  
/root/ns-allinone-2.1b6/ns-2.1b6
 I get:
[snip]
checking for init.tcl... /root/ns-allinone-2.1b6/ns-2.1b6/../tcl8.0.4/library
d is
checking for tclsh8.0.4... (cached) ../tclbox/bin/tclsh8.0
checking for tk.h... configure: error: NONE is not a directory   

so out of despair I ran it with a whealth of options:

./configure --with-tk=/root/ns-allinone-2.1b6/tk8.0.4 --with-tcldebug --with-otcl=/root/ns-allinone-2.1b6/otcl-1.0a5 --with-TclCL=/root/ns-allinone-2.1b6/tclcl-1.0b9 

I still get:

checking for tk.h... -I/root/ns-allinone-2.1b6/tk8.0.4/generic
checking for libtk8.0... -L/root/ns-allinone-2.1b6/tk8.0.4/unix -ltk8.0
checking for tk.tcl... /root/ns-allinone-2.1b6/tk8.0.4/library
checking for otcl.h... -I/root/ns-allinone-2.1b6/otcl-1.0a5
checking for libotcl1.0a4... -L/root/ns-allinone-2.1b6/otcl-1.0a5 -lotcl
checking for tclcl.h... no
checking for libtclcl1.0b8... no
checking for tcl2c++... no
configure: error: TclCL is required but could not be completely found.     

Any hints ?
