[ns] nam compilation problem and solution

Hi,

I had a problem compiling a recent snapshot of nam on my solaris 2.6 box
with gcc 2.95. The problem was that gcc didn't like some of the
definitions in some of the X header files. The problem was easy to solve -
I modified the CCOPT variable in the Makefile to include the -fpermissive
option. Perhaps it might be useful to add this to the list of compilation
problems with nam.
