Hi, ns users..

I'm using ns-allinone-2.1b6 for simulating simple FTP traffics.
In my TCL program, a record procedure is getting rtt_ value of TCP.

The result shows that rtt_ is 0, 3, 4, 5 etc.

I want to know the measurement unit of rtt_.
Is it [msec] or [sec] or [100msec]?
