The best place to look for the answer of these kind of questions, I think,
is the source code itself. I guess this is part of a trace file from
a mobile node, so just look through the .cc files for mobile nodes,
especially function names that have "trace" (or probably Trace) in it. I
bet you can find the answer in a minute.
