[ns] install problem

hi:
  I have a problem when installing ns in redhat linux 6.0.
  after I run ./install, I get message about tk8.0.4 configure:
  can not find file:
     Xproto.h
     Xresources.h
  I find them myself, but can not find them anywhere in system too. and I download new tk8.0.4 but still have not the two files.
  Is there some problem in my installing or my system.
  please give me some advise,
