[ns] test-all-red fail in linux!where is the definition of cleanupAll?

hi,ns users!
when ./test-all-red,it just tell me it can't dispatch method
cleanupAll,then i grep it in ~/ns/tcl/lib,
and i couldnt find anything similar to cleanupAll,
so where is the definition of cleanupAll?
how to solve it?
