Hi Bilgin,

       The Marc Greis RSVP implementation only provides IntServ
CL service and uses WFQ to guarantee this service.
        I suggest you to read the following paper: "RSVP/ns:
An implementation of RSVP for the Network Simulator ns-2" by
Marc Greis.
