Hi Ns2-experts,

I wish to get some clues on inserting a special control packet (e.g.
ICMP packet) periodically, say, for every N data packets generated from
a TCP or UDP source. Do I need to modify the tcp.cc and udp.cc source
codes that are found in the ns2 directory or possibly write a tcl
script?
