[ns] libotcl.so: open failed

hi all,
i don't know what goes wrong,i am getting error like this 

ld.so.1: ns: fatal: libotcl.so: open failed: No such file or directory
Killed

i checked the archive and the solution was remove libotcl.so from
~ns/otcl and make ns again..i did that so it created the libotcl.so but
giving the same error again when i tried to write "ns filename"...

Plese let me know soon.
