[ns] Wireless node Bandwith question

Hello.
Does anyone know how to make greater the bandwidth of wireless mobile
nodes (with ns-allinone-2.1b6)?
It has been discussed in the archives,I tried to synthesize what I
found there, but my interface queues were as crowded as before.
here is what I tried:

In my simulation tcl script:

Mac set bandwidth_ 10000000

in ns/tcl/lib/ns-default.tcl

DelayLink set bandwidth_ 10Mb
Phy/WiredPhy set bandwidth_ 10e7 -> I guess this one is not really
useful, there is a "Wired" in it...
