[ns] TFRC documentation

Hi all,

Is there any TFRC documentation? I can't find anything other than the
test-all-friendly test suite - which is pretty complicated. I'm looking
for a simple documentation explaining how to use the agent, which parameters
it supports etc.

Same for RAP: it seems to be part of the current ns distribution, but
all I could find is the README at http://netweb.usc.edu/reza/RAP/NewRAP/ ...
and that's a bit coarse, isn't it?

Do I really need to read and understand the test suites to be able to
use these agents?
