The DiffServ module has been integrated into the current daily
snapshot. You may want to download it. You can also look at the
chapter on diffserv in current ns manual for reference.

In that case, you may want to integrate the diffserv module by
yourself. YOu may only need to change one or two lines before it works
with ns-2.1b7. Looking at the files in daily snapshot may be helpful.
