If you're on win32 system, i.e., win9x, winMe, winnt, win2k, you'd might
want to have a look at 

ftp://ftp.ese-metz.fr/pub/tex/fptex/

and if you're on a unix/linux system you'd might want to have a look at
somthing like 

ftp://ftp.tex.ac.uk/pub/tex/systems/unix/teTeX/

or

ftp://ftp.tex.ac.uk/pub/tex/systems/unix/teTeX-beta/
