Could you help me install me NS-2 I got the following message error:

e -I../tclbox/include -o trace.o trace.cc
In file included from trace.cc:45:
tcp.h:175: ANSI C++ forbids declaration `print_if_needed' with no type
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `trace.o'
Ns make failed! Exiting ...
