[ns] Trigger a calculation on an outgoing interface..

Dear NS2 user

My simulation is about some experiment on CBQ. All the traffic is catalogued
into two types. 

I have a question about how to know the number of active flows forwarded via
a particular interface in terms of different classes. The number of flows is
varied at random. If I want to trigger a calculation when the number of flow
is changed, how to do it? Thank for the great help..
