[ns] Patches for ns

Hi.

I have attached two patches for NS-2.1b7a which addresses two minor
problems.

'wireless-phy-cc-patch' corrects an uninitialized pointer (ant_) which
seemed to leads to some segmentation faults in wireless simulations.

'god-cc-god-hh-patch' renames the vector class to Vector in order to
avoid name clashes with vector in the standard template library.
