[ns] - MFC integration tutorial, is it gone? Where can I get it?

Hi,

I need to integrate NS with MFC. It appears that Changhao Jiang's tutorial
at http://media.cs.tsinghua.edu.cn/project/extend-ns/index.html which is
referenced from NS contributor's page at
http://www.isi.edu/nsnam/ns/ns-contributed.html, is no longer available.

Does anybody know how I can get to that tutorial?

Even the tutorial's source code without the tutorial would be greatly
appreciated. It was in a zip file called NsTorm.zip referenced from the
tutorial's page (according to google's cahce).

Any help is greatly appreciated,
