[ns] diffserv in wire-cum-wireless?

hi all,
I want to simulate diffserv in wired-cum-wireless network.
topo as follow:
s---e1---core---e2-----bs     mn
I have addPolicyEntry [$s id] [$mn id] TokenBucket ......

but the error message is :
no policy entry for 4194305-destination 0.
route to base-stn not known, dropping pkt

Which node does 4194305 mean?
Can diffserv be implied in wired-cum-wireless network?
Does diffserv support hier address?
