[ns] enabling multicast on selected nodes

hi,

Does anyone know how to enable multicast on selected nodes. I am using
wired-cum-wireless topology and want to enable multicast only on wired
nodes as wireless nodes do not support multicast. Can anyone tell me how
to do this.

I can not figure out how to use enable-mcast procedure.

specified syntax is "node enable-mcast sim" in version 2.1b6.
$n0 enable-mcast sim
$n1 enable-mcast sim
$n2 enable-mcast sim
$n3 enable-mcast sim
set mproto DM
set mrthandle [$ns mrtproto $mproto {}]

and I am getting this error:

ns: _o3
run-mcast: can't read "mrtObject_": no such variable
    while executing
"$mrtObject_ start"

    (Node start-mcast line 3)
