[ns] Hints for Routing/Forwarding Modifications to ns

Title: Hints for Routing/Forwarding Modifications to ns

Hi All,

For the project that I'm working on, I need to make following changes to NS.
If anybody can give me some hints such as which files I need to modify etc,
will be really helpful.

1. As part of the Routing Updated in  LS Routing Protocol, send the bandwidth
   utilization information of all the links connected to the node.
2. Forwarding Engine need to be able to use this information to regulate the
   traffic being forwarded.
