[ns] FullTCP/Sack status?

it is said that there is ongoing work on validating the fullTCP/Sack
implementation. I downloaded the ns snapshot, but the tcp-full.cc file
(that contains also the FullTCP/Sack) is from October 2000.

Is there a newer version of the file? (the message I was referring to
before says that it will be included "hopefully" in the next release).

I was doing some simulations and I got a better performance using
Fulltcp than Fulltcp/Sack. That's why I am asking, since I assume that
Fulltcp/Sack from October 2000 must be a preliminary version.
