[ns] why is it down when I validate NS?

Hi,
  When I validate Ns (and almost when tset-suite-ecn-XXX.tcl is tested), it is always down. who can give me some help?

the system:
  Linux RedHat 6.0
  NS2.1b6a-allinone
and linux locate between 2G--6G on a 13G hard disk.
