Actually it is supposed to be that way.
I think in ns-2.1b7a it is not the case.The manual says it is an
experimental agent.i think it is still experimental. I have used Full Tcp
and if you attach to a sender node a FullTcp agent, it does not go into
the recv() function of the tcp-full.cc.
