in www.isi.edu/nsnam/ns/CHANGES.html 
it is said that version 2.1b8 has been RELEASED on
05-Jun-01; 
anyway the link "2.1b8" brings to a "not found" error;
from www.isi.edu/nsnam/ns/ns-build.html
the latest downloadable version seems to be the
2.1b7a.
I've downloaded the latest snapshot, dated 05-Jun-01,
from www.isi.edu/nsnam/dist:
i would like to know if it can be regarded as the
"official" 2.1b8 release; in other words, i would like
to know whether the site hasn't been updated for
administrative reasons or because the latest snapshot
must undergo some further changes.
