I use gt-itm to generate random topo and use sgb2ns to convert
them to ns format.
Most of the methods I used is "Waxman1". I noticed that as the
nodes in net increased,
it became more difficult to generate a suitable net topo. It
is difficult to determine
the value of alfha and belta. What's more, some links' delay
is large to more than 500ms
while some is zero. I don't think it is a good model for real
network. Are there somebody
have successfully use gt-itm and sgb2ns to generate large
scale of network topo? Please
give me some advise!
