Is the acknowledgement number (ackno_) field of a TCP header used 
anywhere in ns?

TCPSink, when returning an ACK, uses the sequence number (seqno_) 
field as the acknowledgement number.  The top level TCP agents 
(Tahoe, Reno, and Vegas) all use the sequence number of an ACK as the 
acknowledgement number.
