nam 1.0a10 does support wireless networking.  It can show node movement,
packet broadcasts and packet transmissions.  nam1.0a9 had some problems
with visualization of wireless networks.  What operating system are you
runnning under?  Are using the latest release of ns and nam?  Do you see
anything when you run nam-1.0a10 with your tracefile?
