Re: [ns] proper values for 11Mbps wireless simulation



Thanks a lot.

I lost no time to change its paramter ("Mac/802_11 set bandwidth_ 11Mb")
and run my simulation.
It is multihop wireless simulation using DSR (max 7 hops).
But it didn't work well.  Mobile nodes could not send data.
RouteDiscovery packets seemed to be propagated.
Packet collision was very few.

Why ?

Does It come from the lack of CCK modulation ?
Or something about IFS params ?
Is Mac/802_11 far different from IEEE 802.11b ?

# I guess MacTimers have some problem.  But not sure.
