[ns] problem of installing ns-allinone-2.1b8a

Hi,

I had following problem when I installed NS ns-allinone-2.1b8a
on Linux . Can any one give clue what happens as soon as possible? I
appreciate.

OS: Red Hat Linux release 6.1 (Cartman)
    Kernel 2.2.12-20 on an i486
 
ns: ns-allinone-2.1b8a.tar.gz
 
error message:
