[ns] Bandwith and delay on wireless simulations

Hi ns-users,
I have two doubts about wireless simulations. 
1) Is it possible from tcl to change the bandwidth of wireless channel?
    Mac set bandwidth_ is the only that have effect. Is it enough?
2) Is it possible to add some delay?
    Channel set delay_ doesn't seem to have any effect?
I have seen something about these in the archive, but I have not again
clearness.
