hi,
how can a connections with different RTTs through a same link be
established? A very good example of such a simulation scenario is
available in "Explicit allocation of best effort packet delivery service"
by Wenjia Fang. Could some one spare your valuable time and explain the
method?  I read some of the  earlier mails on this topic in the archive,
but  couldnt get the real idea behind it, since i am a new ns user.
