No Subject

Dear users
           I tried to install ns2.1b8a-win on Window
NT.  When I try to using  nmake to  tcl,  I have this
erro on Ms-Dos:

     NMAKE: fatal error U1077 :   'mkd'  :  return
code '0x1'
