[ns] unbuffered stderr for ns under windows, please

Hi,

fprintf(stderr,"blah fasel whatever\n");

seems to be buffered by default under windows :-(

Please insert a

setbuf(stderr,0);

into the main() of ns.
I grepped for main() but found several, I don't know which is the correct one.
