Dear ns users
    I am just wondering if anyone can give me some
advise on installing ns-2 on Windows NT.  I have tried
to build tcl, but while I used nmake /f makefile.vc, I
got this error

NMAKE: fatal error U1073: don't know how to make
'.\Release\panic.obj'  stop

   I appreciate your help on this.
