                  Hello ,

  I have a problem with a Agent/SA, particularly with a bucket_ variable:
  This is a simple code from /tcl/test/test-suite-intserv:
        set a [new Agent/SA]
        $ns_ attach-agent $node $a
        #set up (r,b)
        $a set bucket_ 1
  What are the units of bucket_ variable? or what are the units of
  traffic stream that used to reduce Token Bucket content? Bytes? Packets?
