[ns] nam-1.0a10 can not show self-defined topology

Hi all,

nam-1.0a10 in the ns-allinone-2.1b8a packet can not show anything in the
window if the topology is self-defined using "orient". After deleting the
self-definition topology section, it can work again.

I have tested it with nam-1.0a9, it doesn't have this problem.
