[ns] Some questions about IMEP layer.

Hello,

I am testing a new ad hoc routing protocol over IMEP layer.

When I ns-run my program using modified wireless-test.tcl under
~/tcl/ex, I can see many " RTR TOUT xxxxx IMEP ....." in a trace file.
Could you someone tell me why they happen and how to reduce them?

Also, I compared my protocol/IMEP with TORA/IMEP under the same
simulation encironment.I traced the number of 'rtLinkDN' called 
from imep.cc. There are much difference between two. TORA reported 
much less 'rtLinkDN'. Why is that? Does upper layer protocol 
affect on IMEP operation? Or does a routing protocol affect on 
node movement scenario? Pleas reply me.
