[ns] difference between ns-allinone-2.1b7a and ms-allinone-2.1b8?

hello ns-users, i just succed in installing
ns-allinone-2.1b7a.
iam trying to run a handoff tcl script, but it result that
there's no source : ns-wireless-mip.tcl available. i wonder
if it is because the ns-allinone-2.1b7a doesnt provide this
script or the directory wrong.?

iam hoping to get some advice from you all.
i also like to ask, whether ns working group has provide or
contribute a wireless mobile ip script? if the answer is
yes, then where can i find the source?

actually, before i've known that at
www.isi.edu/nsnam/ns-contributed (if iam not mistaken) link
there's the link that told me where the script module for
mip is, but i cannot opened it the page is cannot be opened.
why is it ?
