[ns] ECN

I would like to ask the following:

(1)
How do we use the ecn_ parameter in ns
What values can we assign to ecn_  and how do we use it in general?

(2)
I want to simulate a network with several initial (during slow start) cwnd
values eg. {1,2,3,4,8}
Obviously the WindowInit_ parameter must be altered
I do so but I get exactly the same trace file for any of the values above
Any ideas?
