[ns] trace file

hi all,
        i have a traffic trace that i want to use but
i do not know the correct syntax to call it up. the
file name is BC-oct89.TL and i tried using the call up
function below but it gives an error.
can anyone help me pls?

set tfile [new Tracefile]
$tfile filename BC-oct89.TL

set t1 [new Application/Traffic/Trace]
$t1 attach-tracefile $tfile


error says;

warning: no class variable Tracefile::debug_

        see tcl-object.tcl in tclcl for info about
this warning.
