[ns] About UDP or RTP Header

Hello.

It seems that UDP Header is not taken into consideration by ns when data 
are transmitted by UDP when I see by the mailing list.

If it is it, is neither IP Header nor an Ethernet Header also taken into 
consideration?

Moreover, isn't it taken into consideration in RTP, as for RTP Header or 
UDP Header?

Is it better to add a Header size, when it was it and I transmit data?
