[ns] Can NS-2 Simulate Traffic Engineering mechanism under different traffic distribution?

Hi:

I want to know whether NS-2 can be used to simulate traffic engineering
mechanism under different
traffic distribution? I means : build up a new routing mechanism in each

routing node and apply different
traffic to the network under simulation. Find out what will happen for a

special e2e network connection.
