[ns] How to know the Window Size and the number of connection at Web Cache?

Hello,

I'm creating some simulation program that consists of multiple 
Web Clients, Web Servers and one Web Cache which is located between
Web Servers and Clients. Each Web Client will transfer http request 
to some server randomly.

I'd like to observe and change window size of each connection at 
Web Cache and know the dynamics of the number of connections Web
Cache treats periodically. 

Does anyone know the way ?
I use ns-2.1b7a under Intel Linux and write simulation program
based on tcl/ex/simple-webcache-trace.tcl
