Hi,

I have been able to modify the makefiles to build
under Win32. Can someone please tell me where I need
to send these changes (and what format) ??. 

TODO...
1. LinkState/ls.cc - Compile time errors with STL
classes.

I have introduced a single install.bat which saves a
lot of trouble with changing the makefiles to synch vc
paths tcl,tk,otcl,tclcl versions etc. I'll post the
binaries if someone is interested.
