[ns] ns bug report web form

Hi, ns-users:

We have setup a ns bug report web form:
        http://www.isi.edu/cgi-bin/nsnam/reportbug.cgi

The web form is intended to systematically collect information about
ns problems so that we and other ns-users can have an idea about what
causes it.  We strongly encourage users to use this form to report
bugs. This will ensure that we have all the information needed
to address the problem promptly.

When you submit a bug using this form, the bug will be forwarded
to ns-users mailing list with the subject line "[ns][bug] ...".
This way 1) we see the bug, 2) other users who may be interested see
the bug, 3) it gets archived on the ns-users web archives.

If you don't like to read these bug reports on the mailing list, you
can setup an email filter to remove those email with subjects
containing "[bug] ...".
