[ns] Varying link RTT

Hi,

Is there any way in which I can vary the RTT of
a link as a function of time? i.e if I have connection
from Node 1 to Node 2 through link 1, and a TCP connection
is run for 10 seconds, can I set the RTT of link 1 to 10 ms
for first 2 sec., 15ms for next 2 seconds and so on?? 

If that is possible, is it possible to stretch it a bit
further by setting random values for these RTTs?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
