[ns] Registering a new cmd in Tcl

hi there
      I'm trying to write a new cmd. in Tcl. but
problem arises when registering it with the
interpreter. If I put createcommand & C main prog that
registers it in seperate files, I get "cmd not
recognised " sort of an error.

    If i put them in the same file, I get errors due
to usage of argv, argc in the same file.
plz somebody help me with this
