[ns] problem with installtion..

Hi,

  I tried to install ns-allinone 2.1b8a on unix
platform.
  I copied the installable on HDD then gunziped files
to tar.
  but after that when I tried install it gives me
error.
  Tcl8.3.2 not part of the ns.
So kindly let me know how to install it.
