[ns] TCP research with NS

Hi All,

   I am very much new to NS and just trying to learn it. As am doing 
research on TCP, I have got to modify some part of TCP (like congestion 
control, RTT etc.) and compare with the existing versions of TCP. The codes 
in the router part has also to be modified and results are to compare. If 
any one can let me know how to do this.
